The client declares that an incorrect declaration may give rise to additional VAT, fines and interest, for which the signatory is responsible. Descroes can at all times request the documents to justify the VAT exemption within the framework of the VAT legislation or following a tax audit. If we are unable to submit these documents, we are obliged to charge these amounts in full to the client.
